Customers: Staying in
tune with our customers and their changing needs is important
to both our company's long-term success and yours. We use several
ways to listen closely to our customers. Most clients contract
with us to provide long-term, fast-response Help Desk support.
We also host User Group Meetings to share our company's direction
with our customers and get feedback from them. Getting our customers
together for regional meetings has been critical in providing
feedback to guide our training and service policies as well as
our long-range product development.
New
Customers: Helping new customers to become self-sufficient
is critical to the success of our relationship. We work
closely
during project implementation, software installation, data conversion,
on-site training, and on-site support when first going
live to
insure that the software performs to the customer's expectations.
We also offer off-site training courses to assist new customers
with
their specific needs.
